Efterklang’s show at TT’s tonight is one of my most anticipated shows of 2009. If you haven’t heard of Efterklang, they’re a fantastic Danish band that captures the bombast and sincerity of other Scandinavian bands like Sigur Rós and Under Byen, while frequently venturing into organic dance territory and at times evoking some of Sufjan Stevens’ more embellished moments. I saw them last year at TT’s, and it remains one of my favorite performances. Don’t miss your chance to see this fantastic international band at such a small venue!
